We engaged Bartholomew McElhatton to sell our house in Glasnevin. I had met him at other properties he was selling around the city and found his approach to be thoroughly professional yet very different. So when we needed an auctioneer, we contacted Bart and we are very glad we did. He was there, in person, every step of the way. His knowledge of how the market works and the use of technology and social media in the sales process was very refreshing and impressive. The video he made of the property had real impact I think and then bids just started coming in. He kept us informed regularly and advised us frequently on the dynamics of the whole process.
